Mile-Hi Provisions is a family-run Colorado business bringing the farmers market experience into everyday life through small-batch canned goods, locally sourced foods, and convenient delivery across the Denver Metro area.

Founded in 2020, we began as a home canning business crafting jams, pickles, salsas, and seasonal preserves, and have proudly served customers at local farmers markets for the past four years. That same year, we partnered with 5280 Produce to launch a produce box program during the height of the pandemic — helping deliver fresh food to families who couldn’t safely leave their homes.

Today, we continue to support Colorado farmers and small food businesses by offering locally grown produce in season, curated pantry staples year-round, and our own handcrafted products made with care.

What began in their kitchen as a passion for canning and preserving fresh ingredients quickly grew into a farmers market business — and eventually into the local food service it is today. Amanda’s love for feeding her family well and supporting small producers, paired with Diego’s deep Colorado roots and community ties, shaped the heart of Mile-Hi Provisions from the very beginning.
